I am a former Olympic Weightlifter, a current kettlebell addict, amatueur pianist, and college writing instructor for the last 40 years. My wife, also a teacher, and I live in Southern California with our twin daughters. My favorite song of all time is “You’re Not the Only One I Know” by The Sundays.
